Responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents
Responsible for 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care
In the absence of the Administrator, assume responsibility for center operations.

Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state in which you are practicing
Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
Prior experience in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
