Role Overview
- Perform advanced configuration and scripting within ServiceNow ITOM
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and engagement leads
- Write and maintain clear, reusable technical documentation
- Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and performance optimization
- Lead client discussions around ITOM best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of direct hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in distributed teams
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements
