Develop and maintain integrations with external systems

Configure and optimize Service Operations Workspace, CMDB Workspace, and Discovery Admin Workspace
Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and performance optimization
Participate in technical design sessions and peer code reviews
Lead client discussions around ITOM best practices and implementation strategies
Articulate infrastructure concepts across hosted, on-prem, and hybrid environments.

3+ years of professional experience
2+ years of direct hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience
Proven experience implementing and configuring Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision
Strong documentation and communication skills
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in distributed teams
Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.
