Provides high-level administrative and operational support to Nursing Administration leadership
Coordinates communications, schedules meetings and manages complex calendars
Prepares agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and reports
Maintains organized electronic and paper filing systems
Provides administrative support for nursing committees, councils, and special projects
Assists with preparation and tracking of reports, metrics, statistics, and data required by Nursing Administration
Supports department operations by coordinating office supplies, equipment, subscriptions, and inventory control
Interfaces with internal departments to facilitate nursing administrative needs
Assists with onboarding coordination for new nursing leaders and administrative staff
Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment
Supports compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements
Requirements
Associate’s degree in administrative support or related field
minimum of three (3) years’ experience at an Executive Management level providing administrative support
Preferred: Five (5) years of experience working at an Executive Management level, or Bachelor’s degree in related field, i.e., Healthcare Administration, Communications
Previous hospital experience
