Define and disseminate the tribe's product experience vision in alignment with the business strategy, and support translating that strategy into the product roadmap
Lead studies on customers' needs, pain points and usage patterns to strengthen a user-centered culture, anticipate opportunities and guide the evolution of the experience
Continuously monitor market movements, providing analyses that inform strategic differentiators and the competitive positioning of products
Conduct structured, recurring research processes that reveal pains, journeys and relevant opportunities
Participate in defining hypotheses and success metrics, influencing the prioritization of ideas with high impact potential
Translate ideas into concepts and pixel-perfect prototypes, ensuring consistency, quality, technical feasibility and strategic alignment
Ensure validation of deliverables with customers and stakeholders, leading continuous testing and experimentation practices to reduce risks and accelerate learning
Monitor product and experience metrics, driving incremental improvements and iterating quickly until expected results are achieved
Mentor talent, helping build a high-performance Design team focused on autonomy, innovation and continuous growth
Contribute to the evolution of the Design System, frameworks, processes and tools for the Design team, promoting practices that make the team more efficient, agile and uphold high standards of excellence
Encourage knowledge sharing and co-creation through rituals and forums that strengthen a culture of exchange, critical analysis and collective development
Ensure alignment, visibility and constant collaboration with Engineering, Product and other peer teams and leadership, enabling smooth processes, fast decisions and strategically aligned solutions
Requirements
Strong experience in Product Design, demonstrated by a portfolio or case studies that show process, impact and results
Experience with high-uncertainty projects, including building 0→1 B2B products on complex SaaS platforms in fast-growing tech companies
Hands-on, autonomous and collaborative profile, proactive in leading initiatives and supporting the team whenever necessary to ensure high-quality deliveries
Sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to self-manage to maintain efficiency and speed without compromising quality
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy clearly to tactical work, balancing long-term vision with consistent short-term deliveries
Critical thinking and sharp craft to deliver high-quality usability, functionality and visual outcomes — ensuring simple, accessible and delightful experiences that raise the product bar and create emotional connection with users
Excellent communication, negotiation and facilitation skills, able to engage different areas, influence peers and stakeholders, and inspire the team
