Identify and Define Goals
Analyze the Client's Current Course of Action and Potential Alternative Course(s) of Action
Develop and present comprehensive financial plans to retail clients using MoneyGuidePro
Work with existing retail clients and onboard referrals from Advisors
Coordinate & Schedule a multi-meeting process with clients to understand full financial picture and present actionable next steps
Support Financial Advisor & Planner in creating a first-in-class client experience
Manage a pipeline of current retail clients
Communicate effectively with wide demographic of client base
Showcase and communicate mastery of financial planning topics
Discuss all phases of comprehensive financial planning and offer Empower products and services where applicable
Initiates proactive/follow-up phone calls on behalf of the participant to current or prior provider to coordinate next steps and implement client decisions
Build and solidify client relationships pre
and post-retirement through a distinctive experience that leverages the unique value proposition
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience. MBA preferred
CFP required
FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 registrations required
FINRA fingerprinting required
3+ years’ experience in financial services or 401k industry
2 years minimum financial planning experience required
Demonstrated ability to create and present comprehensive financial plans one-on-one with clients
Experience with financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, Naviplan, etc)
