About this role

Translate discovery outputs and high-level concepts into clear product requirements and actionable build plans.
Break down features into detailed user stories, tickets, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog and sprint plans.
Work closely with the developer to clarify requirements, unblock progress, and ensure alignment.
Document user journeys, edge cases, and system behaviors.
Support QA planning and validation, including test cases, expected outcomes, and issue tracking.
Ensure strong alignment across email workflows, document handling, project state logic, and system integrations (Odoo, APIs, etc.)
Proactively identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, and resolve them early.
Keep execution moving — this is a delivery-focused role rather than a purely strategic or advisory one.

5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
Experience working on custom platforms or internal tools, not only standard SaaS products.
Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
Proven experience working closely with developers in fast-paced build environments.
Solid understanding of API-based systems and system integrations.
Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or similar.
Advanced English required. (C1 or B2+)
