Role Overview
- Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports
- Follow up persistently on outstanding records to avoid delays
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and digital documentation
- Support attorney with case preparation and workflow management
- Manage deadlines and calendar coordination in CasePeer
- Assist in creating and improving templates (letters, documentation, demand prep)
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish (must)
- 2–3 years of US-based law firm experience (personal injury strongly preferred)
- Experience with medical record/billing requests and PI case workflows
- Familiarity with case management systems (CasePeer, Lead Docket)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal training
- Excellent follow-up discipline and attention to detail
