Advise R&D business leaders on Transcend functional strategy
Ensure mandatory requirements are captured, assessed, and incorporated into the capability roadmap
Drive cross-functional convergence across Innovative Medicine Supply Chain
Anticipate release planning and lead business readiness activities
Drive continuous improvement post go-live

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree required in Business or Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
8+ years R&D or supply chain leadership experience
SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain experience in one or more domains
Proven results in global BPO or transformational leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong influencing skills
