Support sales team members in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers.
Learn and develop a strong understanding of InEvent’s event technology and AV software solutions.
Assist in the sales process by preparing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads.
Engage with prospective customers through multiple channels (phone, email, and other outreach methods) to gather information and build initial relationships.
Provide basic product information and respond to initial customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities within CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot).
Collaborate closely with sales team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Participate actively in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Monitor and identify opportunities to learn about market trends, customer needs, and the event technology landscape.
Requirements
Strong interest in sales, technology, and customer engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar).
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with common business software applications.
Fluency in English for professional and business communication.
