Kitchen Sales Designer

Role Overview

• Engage customers over the telephone and virtual platforms, guiding them through the kitchen design and sales process
• Understand individual customer needs, expectations and budgets to recommend tailored kitchen solutions
• Maximise every sales opportunity and consistently work towards delivering or exceeding targets
• Liaise directly with store colleagues to ensure successful end to end project management
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries professionally and efficiently

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, particularly over the telephone and via virtual solutions
• Have experience working towards sales targets
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for going the extra mile
• Have an eye for design, or the passion to develop one
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings is key to supporting our customers and providing the best experience.
