About this role
Role Overview
Ensure the proper functioning of local IT systems
Support the deployment of international projects
Manage local/regional IT assets
Coordinate the installation, repair and maintenance of telecommunications and IT equipment
Manage local IT equipment (PCs, peripherals)
Maintain accurate service records, reports and documentation
Ensure business continuity readiness
Enhance resilience through disaster recovery preparedness
Respond to tickets issued by the Service Desk
Escalate incidents and problems to higher-level support teams
Support the implementation of systems/tools
Support continuous service improvement plans
Assist local business teams in resolving IT issues
Serve as the local IT point of contact and adviser for business teams
Requirements
Degree in IT or 2-3 years of equivalent experience
A few years of experience in the field
French, English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
Knowledge of ServiceNow
Knowledge of networking and CISCO switches – configuration
IT service management
Support and monitoring of IT operations
Incident and problem management
Maintenance of infrastructure, including computing and end-user devices, as well as network and storage engineering
Disaster recovery / Business continuity
Service desk and end-user support
Proficiency in applications (standard enterprise applications)
