About this role
Role Overview
Supporting existing customers, gathering feedback and nurturing accounts
Managing the customer journey from initial onboarding through the entire lifetime of the account
Identifying expansion opportunities
Reducing churn
Increasing customer satisfaction and product adoption
Providing product training demonstrations
Reacting with urgency to inbound enquiries
Diligent CRM and pipeline management
Working alongside customer success team to achieve quarterly targets
Requirements
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Sales
