Deliver centralized administrative support across a portfolio of 20+ senior stakeholders, calibrating levels of support in line with individual requirements and business demand
Manage core administrative functions including calendar management, scheduling, event coordination, and day‑to‑day operational support
Own travel, expense, and T&E reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal policies
Proactively coordinate complex meetings and events across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts and shifting priorities with minimal disruption
Operate a scalable support model that maximizes efficiency and cost‑effectiveness while maintaining a high standard of service
Act as a trusted operational partner, providing structure, consistency, and reliability across administrative activities
Requirements
Extensive experience of working as a Senior Administrative Assistant, preferably in a similar environment
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills, strategic proactive planner, proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to work under pressure and with conflicting priorities
Proactive and flexible approach
Operates with professionalism, honesty and integrity at all times
Strong systems skills to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
