About this role
Role Overview
Manage the workflow, processes and coordination of the marketing team
In collaboration with the Head of Marketing, define and deploy the multi-channel retention strategy
Build and monitor KPIs: churn rate, LTV, reactivation rate, play frequency
Ensure campaign consistency as the central point of contact for the Marketing team
Oversee the design and sending of CRM campaigns
Analyze player behavior and implement targeted re-engagement journeys
Requirements
5-8+ years of experience in retention marketing/CRM
Significant managerial experience and cross-functional coordination
Experience with emerging markets (Africa, LATAM) required
Background in gaming or high-acquisition platforms preferred
Proficiency with marketing CRM tools
Excellent understanding of user journeys and retention levers
Strong data-driven mindset, comfortable with analytics tools
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
