Role Overview
- Own major backend features end-to-end.
- Work closely with our lead engineer on architecture and technical direction.
- Make real product and technical decisions.
- Improve reliability, observability and foundations as the product scales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend experience and strong fundamentals
- Very strong in TypeScript
- Comfortable with ambiguity and making judgement calls
- Use AI tools confidently and responsibly (not “vibe coding”)
- Experience scaling a system to a high volume of users.
