Conduct thorough, fair, and impartial investigations into workplace concerns, including discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation.
Interview employees at all levels, analyze findings, and draft detailed investigation reports with recommendations.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, partnering with HR and business leaders to drive best practices.
Deliver training on conflict management, respect in the workplace, and ethical decision-making.
Contribute to the development of policies, processes, and training materials that support a culture of accountability and integrity.
Focus on French and German investigations in English or national language.
Support key European markets, including Germany, France, the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Poland, with occasional travel for investigations and team meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
5+ years of work experience in the HR field
Fluency in English, French, and German
2+ years in Employee Relations (preferred)
Experience in a large international organization is strongly preferred.
