Lead the pre-study end to end, including planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
Drive the work across current state analysis, business and functional requirements, solution evaluation, recommendation, and roadmap.
Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Operations, Inventory Management, S&OP, and IT integration.
Structure requirements so they are comparable and clearly linked to business value, pain points, risks, and dependencies.
Evaluate scenarios based on fit, gaps, risks, cost, and timeline.
Synthesize findings into clear decision material, including gap analysis, scenario comparison, assumptions, dependencies, and a high-level implementation roadmap.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and collaborate with a Solution Architect responsible for IT architecture topics.
Prepare and present material for steering committee and executive decision forums.
Requirements
Proven experience leading APS implementations or APS pre-studies, alternatively large-scale supply chain planning or IT transformation programs.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, including Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP.
Experience facilitating workshops with senior subject matter experts and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Ability to structure business requirements and turn complex input into clear, decision-ready material.
Strong project management capability with a hands-on approach and ownership of overall delivery.
Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
