Responsibility for order intake (OIT) and revenue growth in the Bavaria region
Identification and development of new customers as well as up
and cross-sell potential within existing accounts
Development and implementation of individual account strategies, including market and competitive analysis
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships — from clinical end users to the C‑Suite
Close collaboration with Account Managers from Enterprise Informatics, Diagnostic Imaging and Image Guided Therapy
Management of the sales funnel including forecasting and target achievement
Collaboration with Sales Specialists and Business Units at critical stages of the sales process
Leading contract negotiations and closing profitable deals
Professional use of Salesforce to ensure transparent pipeline and forecasting processes
Requirements
Completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), e.g., in Business Administration, Computer Science, Medical Technology, Health Sciences or comparable qualification
Proven success in solution-oriented sales, ideally in the healthcare or healthcare IT sector
Very good understanding of hospital structures and clinical processes, particularly in radiology or cardiology
Experience managing complex software sales cycles
Strong customer focus and ability to build sustainable relationships with decision-makers
Ability to clearly communicate the value of complex technical solutions
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Confident use of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
Quality and patient safety awareness
Business‑fluent German and good English skills
High willingness to travel (approx. 80%)
