Lead the briefing, development, and project management of integrated marketing plans across multiple channels and workstreams.
Maintain close communication with business partners and operations teams to ensure that all marketing activities align with overall business objectives and market direction.
Support the implementation of marketing plans by coordinating deliverables with specialized teams, following defined briefs, and ensuring high-quality, on-time execution and operational consistency across touchpoints.
Identify opportunities within marketing plans to enhance impact, improve processes, and drive better outcomes for the show.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder.
At least 1 year of experience in marketing; hands-on experience with marketing platforms is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs.
Experience in data extraction and reporting to support insights and decision-making.
Demonstrated agility in adapting to process changes, improvements, and evolving team structures.
Ability to identify operational gaps, initiate enhancements, and propose solutions that improve workflow efficiency.
Passion for developing marketing projects and an interest in AI adoption.
Strong communication skills
