About this role
Role Overview
Identifying, developing, structuring, tendering, negotiating, and closing energy solutions in Brazil
Building and maintaining opportunity pipeline aligned with strategic priorities
Leading the end-to-end tendering process
Structuring commercial models and leading negotiations
Acting as the commercial interface between customers and internal teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
7–12+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles in power generation or energy infrastructure
Proven experience with complex tenders and long-term contracts
Negotiation with senior-level stakeholders
Strong understanding of Brazilian power sector
Hybrid generation concepts experience
Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish desirable)
