Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders (Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Operations) and the Business Systems function
Surface roadmap priorities, risks, and escalations with clarity and urgency
Own the end-to-end roadmap, intake process, and prioritization across: Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud), Sage Intacct, HubSpot, Certinia, and Vitally, etc.
Lead business analyst functions: requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, process documentation, and user story authoring
Run Agile ceremonies: intake screening, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Design and govern change management and release communications (business-facing and technical) to ensure smooth rollouts with minimal disruption
Manage vendor relationships and software licensing for business systems tools
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a business analyst, systems manager, or platform ownership role
