About this role
Role Overview
Own and grow strategic accounts within semiconductor and networking verticals
Identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities
Drive revenue growth through long-term account development strategies
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across: – Engineering – Product – Procurement – Executive leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and align solutions to business needs
Lead account planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Develop long-term growth strategies aligned to client roadmaps
Track pipeline, performance, and revenue growth across accounts
Partner with solution architects, delivery teams, and product leaders
Shape tailored solutions based on customer technical environments
Ensure seamless delivery and high client satisfaction
Stay current on semiconductor and networking trends
Understand client challenges and competitive landscape
Proactively identify opportunities ahead of demand
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
10–15+ years of account management or business development experience
7+ years of experience in high-tech, semiconductor, or networking industries
Proven track record of growing revenue within large enterprise accounts
Experience in IT services or technology solutions sales
Strong client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience working with global delivery teams
