About this role
Role Overview
Responsibility for incoming orders (OIT) and revenue growth in the Bavaria region
Identification and development of new customers as well as up
& cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
Development and implementation of individual account strategies including market and competitor analyses
Establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships – from clinical end users to the C‑Suite
Close collaboration with Account Managers from Enterprise Informatics, Diagnostic Imaging and Image Guided Therapy
Management of the sales funnel including forecasting and target achievement
Collaboration with Sales Specialists and Business Units during critical phases of the sales process
Conducting contract negotiations and closing profitable deals
Professional use of Salesforce to ensure transparent pipeline and forecast processes
Requirements
Completed degree (Bachelor or Master), e.g., in Business, Computer Science, Medical Engineering, Health Sciences or comparable qualification
Proven success in solution-focused selling, ideally in the healthcare or healthcare IT environment
Excellent understanding of hospital structures and clinical processes, particularly in radiology or cardiology
Experience managing complex software sales cycles
Strong customer orientation and the ability to build sustainable relationships with decision-makers
Ability to communicate the value of complex technical solutions in an understandable way
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Confident use of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
Quality and patient safety awareness
Business fluent German and good English skills
High willingness to travel (approx. 80%)
