Drive strategic planning, execution, and high-impact initiatives for Adobe’s India Education team
Partner with leadership to define business priorities and strategic roadmaps
Translate strategy into execution plans with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics
Track progress and ensure delivery against key business goals
Support decision-making through structured problem-solving and insights
Own preparation of executive-level reporting and business reviews for senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
Independently lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives
Establish and manage operating rhythms: Business reviews, Performance tracking, Planning cadences
Build and own data frameworks and dashboards for tracking
Partner with Finance on forecasting and planning
Manage complex stakeholder environments across functions.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations/strategy, or chief of staff/planning roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build frameworks, interpret complex data, and turn insights into actionable strategies
Experience with setting up dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
Strong experience in C-suite reporting
Proven ability to independently drive initiatives end-to-end
Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams to drive results
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
