Role Overview
- Take ownership of Workday security and manage identity governance, data privacy, and compliance
- Design and implement scalable and secure Workday security models
- Lead security architecture reviews and provide guidance
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulations
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to align security practices
- Maintain documentation for security configurations and compliance procedures
- Manage a team of three and support cross-functional security initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field
- 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise application security
- 5+ years in Workday security
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Expert hands-on experience with Workday security configuration and architecture
- Strong critical thinking, risk management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and cybersecurity compliance frameworks
- Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Pro in Security) preferred.
