About this role
Role Overview
Provide professional customer service through available channels (phone, e-mail, tickets, chat, and in-person showroom support, where applicable)
Process customer orders and deliveries in SAP
Respond to customer inquiries and provide advice on products and logistics
Manage end-user leads by receiving, registering, advising, and following up
Handle complaints in close cooperation with the Aftersales team
Perform administrative tasks related to customer service operations
Use customer service-related systems efficiently, including SAP and CRM
Maintain and manage customer master data in SAP and CRM systems
Work closely with Sales and departments such as Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and regional teams to support target KPI achievement
Deliver internal basic training sessions when required
Requirements
Experience in a similar customer service or customer operations role
Team player with a high sense of responsibility and a customer-oriented mindset
Experience working with SAP and CRM systems
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong communication and conflict management skills
Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferably reside on the Asian side of Istanbul (office location: Maltepe, full-time onsite role)
