Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, and services projects for commercial and enterprise customers
Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, milestones, resource plans, dependencies, and risk/issue logs
Facilitate regular project meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure follow‑through from all stakeholders
Coordinate with sales, solutions architects, engineering, operations, and vendor partners to confirm requirements, delivery timelines, and handoffs
Track project financials, including estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and margin impacts; escalate variances and recommend corrective actions
Communicate project status clearly and accessibly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels
Identify and manage risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution
Ensure projects follow established PMO standards, governance, and documentation practices
Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending enhancements to delivery processes and tools

3–5 years of experience managing technology or IT services projects, preferably in a reseller, MSP, VAR, or systems integrator environment
Proven ability to own small to mid‑sized projects independently, from initiation through closeout
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall, hybrid; familiarity with agile concepts is beneficial)
Demonstrated skill in building project schedules, managing dependencies, and adjusting plans based on changing priorities
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar; plus Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams/Zoom)
Experience working with cross‑functional teams that include sales, engineering, operations, and external vendors or partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear business language
Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including comfort working with budgets, timelines, and basic financial metrics
Professional project management certification (PMP) required
