Ensure that the delivery of the service or technical solution meets contractual specifications
Drive strategies to ensure competitive delivery model through expert talent and service innovation
Lead global service operations focusing on quality and consistency of delivery
Evaluate effectiveness of company performance in relation to contracts and delivery
Recommend methods to increase performance and delivery standards
Provide advice on proposals, ongoing projects, and accounts to ensure compliance
Oversee delivery assurance reporting
Partner with legal and financial teams for compliance assessment
Direct and manage budget ensuring appropriate funding and coordination
Align processes and technology with company and customer needs
Organize Global Delivery resources with orientation towards go-to-market strategy

Master's degree or equivalent
Twenty or more years of related experience
Fifteen or more years in a supervisory or management capacity
Experience working with a product and services delivery in a global environment
Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity
Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data and contracts/service agreements
