Develop account strategy and plan for own accounts that ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability.
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate target markets and create pipeline opportunities.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Report to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Build strong customer relationships, get trust by customers, identify new business opportunities at target accounts, and drive application development.

Visit customers to promote our products leading Business Unit, Application Development and Marketing to create pipelines and follow up projects/complaint cases.
Set up lead project meetings for own accounts.
Attend sales meeting.
Manage internal system for pipeline, forecast, pricing etc.
Share necessary business information with other functions appropriately/timely.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree, or higher in an engineering field like Chemistry, Electronics, Mechanics or equivalent with experience in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
An advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) is a plus.
7 – 10 years of demonstrated sales account management experience, exceeding targets and objectives.
Experience in selling advanced engineered materials (i.e. Solder, Thermal materials, PCB protections, Die Attached assembly & Adhesives) for Semiconductors, Consumer Electronics, EV and Power Module industry.
Track record in negotiating and crafting complex B2B deal structures.
Strong experience with structured sales processes, sales performance metrics, sales analytics, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.com.
Willing to devote at least 50% or more of your time to traveling.
