Performing root cause analysis and ensuring financial integrity across insurance policy systems.
Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver tailored business enhancements and technical solutions.
Experienced in end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), user support, debugging, UAT, and documentation.
Responsible for software development, unit testing and technical support.
Participate in the requirement session, involve in design, development, testing and technical support.
Ensure code quality and conduct eligible software testing and review the results.
Possess strong technical skills and problem-solving ability.
Requirements
Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree
Must have a minimum of 5 years of IT experience as System analysts/Programmer
Must have worked on Life / Health policy admin system projects in Insurance domain
Must possess Life Insurance business knowledge
Candidates must have knowledge of LifeAsia, Life400, Life Integral systems, and MS SQL.
Experience in DXC platforms such as Life Asia, Integral Life classic or Integral/Life Java version is highly desired.
Proficient in SQL queries and familiar with MSSQL, Oracle and able to Identify, Analyse
Knowledge of Java, Jasper and reporting tools like Sisense is preferred and extract data for reporting and correspondence requirements are preferred.
