About this role
Role Overview
Provide remote assistance to clients and deliver Level 1 and Level 2 functional support for the Clipper solution
Analyze requirements and propose appropriate solutions
Identify and document recurring issues and the associated procedures
Ensure customer satisfaction and efficient handling of requests
Requirements
Minimum of an associate degree (Bac +2) in IT, business, information systems, or equivalent
Proven initial experience in software user support
Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems
Understanding of operational challenges in an industrial environment
Good interpersonal skills, active listening, and a pedagogical approach
Technical IT skills: user rights management, network paths and shares, Remote Desktop connections, basic IP addressing
