Role Overview
- Provide remote assistance to clients and deliver Level 1 and Level 2 functional support for the Clipper solution
- Analyze requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Identify and document recurring issues and the associated procedures
- Ensure customer satisfaction and efficient handling of requests
Requirements
- Minimum of an associate degree (Bac +2) in IT, business, information systems, or equivalent
- Proven initial experience in software user support
- Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems
- Understanding of operational challenges in an industrial environment
- Good interpersonal skills, active listening, and a pedagogical approach
- Technical IT skills: user rights management, network paths and shares, Remote Desktop connections, basic IP addressing
