Guide and support engineers, estimators, project managers, and field personnel throughout project phases.
Collaborate with staff and customers at all stages of projects.
Sustain and enhance relationships with existing customers.
Increase sales volume and profit margins while ensuring the company can effectively deliver on commitments.
Develop and acquire new customer accounts.
Identify, secure, and negotiate new contracts.
Advocate for and promote the company’s value engineering and comprehensive service offerings as a full-service mechanical contractor.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or mechanical engineering (preferred).
A proven track record in negotiating sales, achieving profit margins, and managing commitments successfully.
A practical understanding of mechanical systems and a strong focus on customer service.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in selling or hands-on field experience with installing Building Controls within the Plan & Spec or Retrofit market.
Excellent verbal, written, listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build constructive and effective relationships with customers, engineering teams, project managers, office personnel, and field staff.
Demonstrated success in developing strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
