Monitor changes in energy law and regulatory requirements and proactively adapt product offerings and operational processes to ensure compliance.
Develop and innovate new products and solutions based on market research, customer feedback, and identified market gaps.
Manage the full product lifecycle—from development through implementation, modification, and phase-out—applying project management methodologies.
Prepare and oversee comprehensive product documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
Prepare trainings for sales, support, and back-office teams to ensure product competency across the organization.

Requirements
Master’s or university degree, preferably with knowledge of the energy market
Experience in business analytics and/or project management
Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
Strong prioritization skills to focus on impactful business tasks
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
Open-minded, critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Polish and English.
