Campaign Delivery & Oversight: Take direct lead on major global campaigns while maintaining full visibility over all smaller projects. You are expected to stay "close to the work" to ensure every output meets the required standard.
Proactive Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of escalation for the team. You will identify delivery risks early
such as timing delays or localisation errors
and step in personally to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
Client & Internal Partnerships: Build strong, reliable relationships with senior clients and internal department leads. You will act as a key collaborator who understands how to navigate the agency to get results for the client.
Driving Excellence: Set and maintain a "best-in-class" standard for all work leaving the agency. You will push the team to deliver high-quality results that meet the exacting standards of a global brand, ensuring our output is consistently premium and impactful.
Process Optimisation: Constantly review and refine our internal workflows and localization processes. You will proactively look for ways to increase efficiency and improve delivery, ensuring we remain the most effective and agile partner possible for the client.
Production Management: Oversee high-volume asset production across Digital, Social, Print, and OOH. You will ensure briefs are clear, deadlines are met, and the localisation process is consistent across all languages.
Account Health & Growth: Manage the commercial performance of the account, including budgets and resource efficiency. You will look for practical ways to grow the partnership by solving client problems with additional Jellyfish services.
Quality Control: Act as the final check for brand consistency. You ensure that all localised creative remains high-quality and true to the original brand vision before it is sent to the client.
Lead QBRs with the cross-functional teams and help complete client growth plans
Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to marketing and progress efforts
Mentor and support Account Managers to foster a high-performing team
Guide cross-team collaboration to provide integrated, client-centric solutions
Improve team resources to enhance client (and internal) team satisfaction and profitability
Identify process improvements, flag issues to VP/Client Partner and Capability teams and resolve
Requirements
Experience in AAA account management with a commercial focus
Experience building teams and scopes fit for client's purpose, and know how to optimize to improve profitability and outputs
Experience participating in new business.
Have a POV on pitch narrative, support/partner with the Growth team on the end-end process
Experience with platforms like Google Analytics to analyse performance data, produce insights, and guide decision-making that optimizes client outcomes and maximizes Return on investment
Experience managing client data in Salesforce or similar systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity
Ability to anticipate client needs, identify opportunities, and drive results
