Requirements
10+ years of experience in a consulting firm, agency, or studio
Degree from a top engineering, business, or design school
Passionate about experience design, technology, and innovation
Combine strategic vision with a delivery-oriented mindset
Strong background in consulting or agency environments, with a track record of commercial growth and/or BU leadership
Experience managing a P&L and familiarity with business realities (profitability, staffing, delivery, etc.)
Comfortable facilitating executive committees as well as supporting product teams
Recognized for your ability to drive progress, natural leadership, and results-driven culture without sacrificing the human element
Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in international environments
