Design and deliver (including facilitation where required) high‑quality training programs (soft skills) aligned with business priorities, capability gaps, and stakeholder expectations.
Partner with business leaders and SMEs to assess training needs, customize content, and ensure effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement.
Track training effectiveness and outcomes, leveraging feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to continuously improve delivery quality and impact.
Own end-to-end implementation of learning programs and initiatives
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for learning projects.
Coordinate with instructional designers, SMEs, and development teams.
Track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Manage LMS deployment and course rollouts.
Monitor learner participation and completion metrics.
Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and L&D team members.
Maintain documentation and implementation processes.
Manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume delivery environment.
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in learning implementation, delivery and project management
Experience with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs
