Role Overview
- Develop instructional design documents and storyboards for digital learning.
- Convert source material into learner-friendly formats.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in the design and development of eLearning modules, job aids, and training materials.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to produce courses.
- Conduct basic needs analysis and learning content research.
- Perform course reviews and revisions based on stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure alignment with instructional design standards and learning objectives.
- Work across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-volume development environment.
Requirements
- Certification or degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Instructional design
- Experience developing digital learning content
