About this role
Role Overview
Lead large-scale technical programs focused on platform modernization, security, and product enablement to drive organizational transformation
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Okta migration projects, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery
Drive alignment and collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption
Track program progress using metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to communicate status and impact
Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and security risks associated with identity platform transitions
Implement operational process improvements by standardizing workflows, metrics, and execution models for continuous improvement
Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable scalable, repeatable technology operations
Create clarity and drive decision-making using data-driven insights and structured narratives for executive stakeholders
Requirements
Experience Range: 8
12 years of experience, including at least 4 years of technical program management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Okta architecture and configuration
Hands-on experience with Okta migration in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of identity management concepts and platforms
Expertise in AWS and modern cloud architectures
Experience with microservices and containerization technologies
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
Knowledge of enterprise security controls and risk management frameworks
Experience managing third-party SaaS integrations
Technical program management in security and infrastructure domains
Ability to use metrics and dashboards for program tracking and reporting
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
