Role Overview
- Input and configure Time Off policies in internal tools based on provided guidelines and documentation
- Accurately translate policy rules into system settings (e.g., accruals, carryover rules, eligibility)
- Migrate employees from existing Time Off policies to newly created ones
- Validate data accuracy before and after migration to ensure correct balances and assignments
- Follow step-by-step instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Identify and flag inconsistencies, edge cases, or data issues
- Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of completed work and progress tracking
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working with structured processes and documentation
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
- Basic understanding of Time Off / leave policies is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
