Requirements
Senior leadership experience delivering large‑scale business and technology change in complex or regulated environments.
Proven success managing multi‑million‑pound change portfolios with strong governance, prioritisation and benefits realisation.
Expertise in portfolio governance, PMO leadership and assurance, plus hands‑on M&A integration and separation experience.
Strong commercial, financial and regulatory awareness, with the confidence to advise and influence at executive level.
