Responsible for the development of all Arc’teryx North America stores within Canada and the United States
Oversee all aspects of store development including store design, construction, lease administration and acquisition/assessment
Ensure expectations are set for quality, timelines and budget, and analyze new lease commitments for accuracy and competitiveness
Accountable for expansion plans into strategic locations, current location optimization and relocations
Navigate new communities within North America for location scouting, real estate, lease agreement and new store opening functions
Collaborate with the Store Development Team and key stakeholders in developing new NAM retail stores
Report to the General Manager, North America and lead a team of real estate, construction and store design members

15 years’ experience successfully leading store development for a rapidly growing apparel or lifestyle brand, and you understand the retail landscape, including the latest trends and innovations, and the omni-channel consumer experience
Unparalleled expertise of North American commercial real estate, and keenly understand the nuances, opportunities and barriers to entry in each major market
Strong relationship-building skills and demonstrated success working closely with senior executives and cross-functional partners to influence strategic agendas, prioritize ROI and operationalize key strategic initiatives
