Asset Recovery and Delinquency Management: Execute high-level recovery strategies to reduce portfolio delinquency, improve roll rates, and maximize recovery of overdue assets to protect the company’s liquidity.
Collateral and Risk Oversight: Monitor the integrity of credit instruments and identify early indicators of fraud, cancellations, or deviations in payment flows.
Restructuring of Complex Debt: Lead sophisticated negotiations and formalize acknowledgment-of-debt agreements (Confessions of Debt) with partners, balancing recovery outcomes with relationship management.
Financial Reporting and KPIs: Manage and report the Provision for Doubtful Accounts (PDD/Bad Debt) and collection performance metrics using SQL and BI tools to deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.

Requirements
Previous experience: Proven experience in B2B collections and asset recovery, specifically in receivables discounting (factoring/FIDC) or corporate credit markets.
Financial expertise: Strong ability to analyze SME financial statements (income statement and cash flow) to assess debt-servicing capacity and solvency.
Technical knowledge: Proficiency in SQL for portfolio segmentation and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to manage recovery KPIs.
Legal and regulatory knowledge: Solid understanding of assignment-of-receivables contracts and guarantee/endorsement structures.
Strategic mindset: Proactive profile with the ability to identify early warning signs of fraud or liquidity issues before they impact delinquency.
Personal profile: Hands-on mentality, strong sense of ownership, and builder mindset, with motivation to create processes and structures from scratch.
Language: Advanced English is required for global reporting and collaboration with international teams on recovery best practices.
