About this role
Role Overview
Participate in preparing and leading team meetings (briefings, steering meetings, etc.)
Help communicate and ensure clear understanding of managerial messages
Support monitoring of employees (skill development, activity tracking)
Assist the Unit Manager in preparing management materials
Contribute to tracking performance indicators (quality, timeliness, productivity, etc.)
Help produce activity reports
Assist in organizing and planning activities according to objectives
Monitor action plans and propose improvement measures
Support handling requests and ensure the quality of responses
Take part in analyzing issues and implementing corrective actions
Ensure compliance with processes and service commitments
Provide occasional operational support to teams
Requirements
You are pursuing a master’s degree (Bac+5), ideally in management, business administration or equivalent.
You have initial experience (internship, work-study, academic project) in activity management, operations monitoring or an operational environment.
You are proficient with office tools, notably:
Excel (data tracking, tables, analysis)
PowerPoint (structuring and presenting information)
Word
With strong analytical skills, you demonstrate rigor and well-developed organizational abilities.
You are interested in management challenges and want to develop your skills in team facilitation and activity management.
Autonomous, reliable and proactive, you can take initiative while collaborating with various stakeholders.
You demonstrate interpersonal ease, active listening and diplomacy. You wish to grow in a demanding, learning-oriented and collaborative environment.
