Prepare and format meeting materials, internal presentations and committee documents
Contribute to drafting email campaigns and internal communications
Help adapt key messages for different audiences (teams, managers, internal partners)
Support the organization and promotion of internal events
Occasionally assist teams with their communication and documentation needs
Requirements
You are currently pursuing a qualification at Bac+2 to Bac+3 level (e.g., L2/L3 or Bachelor), ideally in executive assistance, communications or an equivalent field
You have a specialization or a strong interest in written communication and content structuring
You are proficient with office tools, including:
PowerPoint (formatting and message structuring)
Word and Excel (intermediate level)
Strong writing skills, with rigor and good organizational ability
Autonomous and reliable, able to quickly understand operational topics and adapt to a range of stakeholders
Good interpersonal skills and professional discretion
Independent, organized and curious; you enjoy teamwork and can contribute constructive suggestions. You want to grow in a collaborative, respectful and stimulating work environment.
