About this role
Role Overview
- Assist with incoming cash application, bank account reconciliations and open unposted items list preparation.
- Prepare journal entries.
- Execute the end-to-end T&E processing and auditing functions in Coupa.
- Manage the Corporate card program by running and monitoring weekly reports, including aging and card holder reports.
- Assist finance team with various month end close tasks.
- Assist finance team with special projects/tasks as they arise.
- Assist finance team with audit tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to details and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
