Role Overview
- Create motion design and produce videos for marketing channels.
- Produce short-form videos for social channels (primarily LinkedIn).
- Develop product demo and explainer videos.
- Design motion assets for events, webinars, and live productions.
- Maintain WalkMe's motion design language and visual system.
- Collaborate with brand designers and campaign managers on asset needs.
- Coordinate and oversee freelance resources when needed.
- Measure impact of motion content against campaign KPIs.
Requirements
- ~5 years of motion design experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech brand environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, commercial motion, and social-first video.
- Proven ability to own a defined workstream independently.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Fluent English — strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with AI-powered tools in the creative workflow.
