10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or performance-driven marketing
Proven experience building and scaling influencer programs as measurable growth channels
Strong understanding of paid media and how influencer content drives acquisition and CAC efficiency
Deep experience negotiating and managing creator partnerships and talent relationships
Experience building affiliate, seeding, or creator pipeline programs
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect influencer performance to business outcomes
Experience managing agencies and global programs across markets
Strong cross-functional leadership experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Deep familiarity with creator ecosystems, platform dynamics, and how content performs
Experience in health, wellness, or consumer technology is a plus.
