Serve as a trusted operational partner to VP and Director of Renewals Operations; deliver executive-ready insights and support MBRs, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles.
Own the end-to-end renewals operating model and cadence; define and track globally consistent KPIs, leading indicators, and risk signals.
Own and continuously improve the Renewals Account Manager experience; reduce operational friction and increase time spent in high-value customer interactions.
Drive coordination on cross-functional initiatives; champion disciplined change management to ensure high adoption of new processes and tools across regions.
Leverage analytics and AI-powered tools to improve renewal predictability, identify churn risk, surface expansion signals, and reduce manual work for sellers and leaders.
