Role Overview
- Collaborate with online shops whose products you personally enjoy
- Serve as the central liaison between clients and the team
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects
- Develop innovative tests and ideas for clients (e.g., A/B tests and optimization experiments)
- Influence clients' growth rate and profitability
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
- Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
- Outgoing interpersonal skills and a positive presence
- Ability to interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies
- Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
